Nigerian musician, disc jockey and show host, DJ Cuppy, has disclosed that she prays to God despite not going to church as often as she loves to.
The billionaire daughter of business mogul, Femi Otedola, made this statement while revealing she also has moments she feels discouraged. She stated that she prays for forgiveness and asks God to help her anytime she needs help.
DJ Cuppy, however, took a jab at the music industry, branding it as ‘cold’, perhaps because of the challenges she has faced in the course of her career.
She wrote;
“I don’t go to church as often as I want to, but it always puts the warmth back in my heart Being a Christian in the cold music industry isn’t easy. I have my moments of deep discouragement. I have to go to God in prayer and say, ‘Forgive me,’ or ‘Help me.’ Remind yourself that God is with you and nothing can defeat him. #SundayService”
