Talented musician Olawale Ashimi, real name Brymo, has debunked claims 2Face Idibia, his colleague in the music industry, has sued him.
Singer Brymo disclosed this on Twitter after news made the rounds that 2Face Idibia, also known as 2Baba, slammed him with One billion Naira lawsuit because of the allegation placed against the ‘African Queen’ crooner on social media.
2Baba, through his lawyers, was said to have sent a letter to Brymo, asking him to retract and apologise for statements made against the respected musician or pay the huge some of amount mentioned above.
Brymo, however, responded on Twitter, saying 2Baba lied to the society as he was yet to receive any lawsuit from him or his legal team.
“Let it be public knowledge that I have received no documents of any kind pointing to my being sued by Mr Idibia. Or his handlers or attorneys… the impunity with which he lied to all of society in the letter and public statement should rightly pose a setback,” Brymo wrote.
WithinNigeria had reported that Brymo called 2Face out on social media, claiming he assaulted him.
