Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you. Proverbs 4:25
Last time, we talked about how important it is for you to know your personal path in Christ. Even if you are going fast, if it’s in the wrong direction, it is a total waste of time.
However, after determining where you ought to be going in Christ, the next most important thing is that you need to have is the quality of FOCUS.
You can never enjoy the very best benefits of anything if you cannot focus on it for a long time.
Good, beneficial things take years and years to build. Successful people are people who have simply been able to focus on one thing that is the right thing for them, for a long time.
Distraction is the major cause of failure.
Even in your daily tasks, if you cannot focus when you are working, you will never be able to finish important tasks that matter to your future, or do them well. Many people have had their success destroyed by distractions.
There is this story in the Bible of a young prophet (1 Kings 13:1-24). God sent him to deliver a message to a town, and to come straight back immediately after. When he finished, an old prophet distracted him by promising him great hospitality if he branched his place. He followed him, having been distracted from the Lord’s clear instruction.
When the young prophet was done with the old prophet in the morning, he went on his way, and a lion attacked him, killed him, and left his body by the roadside.
Distractions always have a high price, even though it might not show immediately.
Keep your focus strong on those things you have noticed, and the Lord has told you, are the most important parts of your life. Keep your eyes on them, and never take your eyes, effort, or your focus, off them.
You shall win, in Jesus Name.
CONFESSION
I am full of the strength of the Spirit of God. I know what to do, and I am always focused on what the Holy Spirit has shown me to do. Because of my great focus, I excel and I am a winner in all the affairs of my life. I am strong and I am more than a conqueror, in Jesus Name, Amen.

JUST DO THE WORD
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. James 1:22
The essence of God speaking His Word to us is so that we would act on His Word, or be doers of it. Acting on God’s word is what brings the manifestation we desire into our lives.
Luke.5.5-6; And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless AT THY WORD, I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.
Miracles happen when we do God’s Word.
If you want to obtain supernatural results in life, you have to learn how to obey. Obeying the voice of God is the key to triumph i life.
How to receive the Word
For you to hear the voice of God you need to spend quality time in fellowship. When you spend more time with God, it’s easier for God to put you in a direction. It becomes easy for you to receive his word and act on it.
You can also receive God’s word through studying and meditating. When you meditate on God’s word you get instructions in your spirit. It is when you act on this instructions you get your manifestation.
Mary told the servants, at the wedding in Cana, ‘Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.’ They needed wine. They prayed for it. But they got their answer when they obeyed. Obedience is the secret to getting answers to our prayers.
It is not enough to sit through a semon or read an article like this one, nod your head and do nothing.
Act on what you have heard, and you will see the manifestation of God’s Word in your life.
If God says speak, speak. If God says give, give. If God says move, move. Hallelujah!
CONFESSION
I am doing God’s word. I’m obedient to the instruction of the Spirit of God. I’m not without direction, and I’m blessed in my doing. I act on God’s Word ,and I’m blessed in my actions. I do great things, and I get great results, hallelujah.

Re 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
1Sam.15:22 – And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
